The way you unsubscribe from Ji Tap depends on how you signed up in the first place. You either signed up through Apple iTunes from the iPad (Family monthly subscription), or you signed up through the Ji Tap Pro Page on the Ji Tap website. You need to unsubscribe from the same platform.
iTunes Subscription
If you’ve subscribed via iTunes on the Ji Tap app, you can follow this process:
- Launch the Settings app on your iPad.
- Tap iTunes & App Store.
- Tap on your Apple ID.
- Tap View Apple ID when the pop up window appears.
- Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap on Ji Tap.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
- Tap Confirm when prompted to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription.
Website Subscription
If you’ve subscribed to Ji Tap Pro via our website:
- Click here
- Click on Cancel Plan to unsubscribe.
Your Pro account will be set to expire at the end of your current subscription period.
